The people at the desk were very helpful.

The 1st room was not satisfactory, but they cf hanged the room.

At various times the people were very helpful and at other times they were not forthcoming about the first room they assigned me. I spoke to another person and he was more than helpful. It was nice to have a microwave a fridge in the room, besides the coffee pot. It would be nice if they had a better grade of coffee.
